Brampton Safe City Association has closed down its operations due to the loss of annual core funding received from Brampton City Council.
Consequently, the following programs and services are no longer available as of June 30, 2015:
On behalf of our Board of Directors and staff, we want to thank our Community Partners and the many volunteers who have contributed to making Brampton a safe community during the past 32 years (since our inception in 1983).
As a result of the strong safety networks established throughout Brampton, our residents experience significantly lower injury rates than the average Ontario community. Congratulations on this achievement. We encourage everyone to continue to find ways to keep their families safe and their homes secure, and to maintain strong, vibrant neighbourhoods in our community.
Our website is still available for you to use to find safety resources.
